PENGARUH MANIPULASI IKLIM KANDANG MELALUI PENGKABUTAN TERHADAP TOTAL ERITROSIT, LEUKOSIT, DAN HEMATOKRIT KAMBING PE DAN SAPERA

This study aimed to determine the effect of microclimate manipulation with fogging on total erythrocyte, leukocyte, and hematocrit Ettawa Grade (EG) Sapera goats. The research was conducted from April May 2020, at Telaga Rizki People's Farm, Metro City, Lampung Province. Blood tests were Pramitra Laboratory in Bandar Lampung. used a split-plot experimental design basic Completely Randomized Design (CRD). 2 treatments 3 replications. main plots climate without pen, while subplots EG data analyzed assumptions analysis variant 5% if significantly different then proceed BNT test. results showed that cage treatment had no significant (P> 0.05) hematocrit. Erythrocyte values P0 (0,73 million/mm3) P1 (0,89 million/mm3); leukocyte (13,43 thousands/mm3) (14.74 thousands/mm3); (3,02%) (3,92%).
